How big are your tents?
We have a 4 meter and a 5 meter tent, however in order to pitch the tents we require a 6 meter and 7 meter diameter area to accommodate the guy ropes. If you are concerned about whether the tent will fit in your garden, please contact us and we will advise.
Can you put the tent up indoors?
We are not able to pitch the tents indoors. Tents must be pitched on a flat grassed area due to needing to peg the tent into the ground.
Are your tents heated?
We do not currently provide heating for our tents, however we are currently looking into the possibility of providing electric fan heaters.
Do you cater for boys parties?
Yes we do! Having a son ourself, we could never leave out the boys! We can provide gender specific or gender neutral party furnishing and themes.
How many children will the tents accommodate for a children's party?
Depending on the age of the children and the size of tent you request, we advise a maximum of 12 - 15 children, although you may be able to squeeze a few more in.
How many children will the tents accommodate for a children's sleepover
Depending on the age of the children and the size of tent you reques and whether they will be sleeping in sleeping bags or on airbeds, we advise a maximum of 6 - 10 children, although you may be able to squeeze a few more in.
Do you hire out tents during winter?
A ~ We do not take bookings from November - February due to temperature & weather conditions, with the exception of Santa's grotto which is available to book in November & December.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A ~ Yes, we request an upfront deposit of £40. If this is not received within 7 days of reservation we regret that we will cancel the booking to allow other customers the option of booking this date. The balance of your payment will be due two weeks before your event.
What if it's a last minute booking?
A ~ If you are booking an event within the next two weeks, we require payment in full upfront.
